How are teams formed?

Youth teams are formed by skill level after evaluations. High School teams are based on age level.

How much of the game will my child play?

A.

Equal participation for all players is not 100% guaranteed. For the competitive divisions, participation is up to the coaches, but fair participation is always stressed.

Who can play on a GameTymers Basketball Team?

A.

Any boy or girl who is age 8-17 years old is eligible to play.

Where are the games played?

A.

Teams will participate in local shoot-outs and tournaments, furthering their basketball experience while playing against high level competition.

Who coaches the teams?

GameTymers has highly skilled coaches with extensive experience teaching and training basketball at all levels.

What are the grade levels / divisions for teams?

A.

The following levels of play are available:

  • Boys & Girls Youth Teams: 3rd to 8th Grade (9u to 14u)
  • Boys & Girls High School Teams: 9th to 12th Grade (15u to 17u)

What is included in the basketball fee?

A.

Each player will receive 1.5-2 hours of training per week plus game play.
